Thirteen finalists for the seventh annual Hispanic Forum Awards were named this week. The Houston Hispanic Forum has named Nestor Gomez, a bilingual senior at Jefferson Davis High School, as an honorary student co-chair for the forum's 17th annual Career and Education Day, set for Saturday, Jan. 25, at the George R.
